Scirocco Central

I sold my Scirocco and bought a Volvo C70 first gen. I had the same problem with the similar sill got bent in the C70 so i had to take it to the auto shop to repair it.
Luckily i could repair mine.

You simply cannot lift a car where 90% of all tire / car shops do it from. I should stop doing that

I see that the 2.0 TSI has been discontinued in Sweden.

Only 1.4 TSI and 2.0 TDI are available. Then we have the TSI R too.

Why would they do that?

I thought stretching was not the issue, but the tensioner that could just break and loosen the chain?

I'd guess its the main crankshaft seal (what is it called?) that is leaking a little and getting in to that area where there shouldn't be any oil but gets drained by the ...

Sounded a lot better. I filmed (and listened) when the engine was freshly started.

I agree, however if you compare your engine sound to my engine, be aware that yours has a belt and mine has a chain.
I don't know if that would make any difference.

Still, mine sounds bad, but just maybe should sound like that.
