Oil on the turbo

Post by eikido »

I have an oil leak on my turbo. I see oil on the turbo intake hose from above in the engine compartment, and from below, the "cool" side of the turbo and nothing on the hotside going out as exhaust.

I've read its a bit common with oil coming from the crankcase ventilation hose and in to the inlet of the turbo. But i find it to be a little to much around most of the turbo.

I couldn't see any oil leak on the oil pipes going in and out of the turbo and engine block EXCEPT for the pipe with oil going in to the turbo as i have to remove the tire to see if there is any oil coming from there.

What can it be?
Is it the same for you guys?

Its probably the Crankcase ventilation

Thanks the crankcase ventilation input at the intake hose on the turbo
