Standard fuel pump is very capable of Stage 3 power... Same with the R's Intercooler too, as it's the same on the S3 now it shouldn't be a problem. Great figures there! only to get better.

Guys, It's the turbo, there isn't anything to worry about. If anything it's a healthy sound. As the supercharger charges it sucks massive amount of gases in a smallish hole, and there is a little notch obstructing to circler hole thus creating a short whistle, however i've only ever noticed on diese...
