It's dirt in the runners, increases resistance on the motors which triggers the anti-crush sensor/motor.

Had both sets of runners cleaned out by the dealer, doesn't happen anymore.

I've started putting all my music on SD cards as I find it easier. In windows all my songs are sorted by the filename, alphabetically. When the card is inserted in the RCD510 it appears to sort all the files in order of file size. Is it possible to change this?

Another vote for a more bespoke dash board. Also: Move the mirror controls next to the window controls, where they are currently seems an after thought. It's easy to take out...you just twist the holder and it pops out, pop in the new bulb then the trouble starts.

Unless you've got Jeremy Beadle hands it's a bit of a pig to line up then screw back into place. Took me lots of cursing and scratched up hands!

yeah, normally i'd have mats in.. but I just didnt get round to it... - and since it's a leased car, it has to go back in 'acceptable' condition - it's leased from VW and they just didnt quibble over it.. just get it in and replace.. Personally, I think machine polish the way forward. SRP will just fill in the imperfections, but not resolve the issue.
