Re: Has Anyone Used UK Car Broker?

Has this changed? My 2010 BW9 Roc would have had an open cubby hole if I had not ordered the Smoking Pack.

Re: Has Anyone Used UK Car Broker?

Hi Andy I used http://www.dealdrivers.co.uk/html/scirocco.html . Basically they put me in touch with a dealer that had build allocation. The deal went through as per a normal order with a dealer, 3 months from order to collection with approx 10% off list price. I didn't pay a fee to dealdrivers (the...

Re: shampoo with wax

Hi skyblues I have a white Roc and use Jeffs Werkstat products: Auto Body Wash (suds at tap temperature); Prime Acrylic (pre-sealant prep); Acrylic Jett Trigger (sealant); Acrylic Glos (quick detail). The last three come in the Werkstat Acrylic Kit - it's not cheap but the products are easy to use a...

Hi antera309 I used http://www.dealdrivers.co.uk/html/scirocco.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and got approx 10% off list. Ordered first week in Jan, collected from dealer on 1 April. First class service all round - well recommended. Welcome to the forum, hope you find...

Clear path up the M1

I collected my Roc yesterday from Alan Day VW, North London (well recommended by the way  ) and set off up the M1 bound for Yorkshire. I was amazed at how many cars seemed to slow down or change lanes to let me pass - plenty of rubber necking too as I passed. It wasn't until I got home that I r...

Re: Saw my car for the first time today!

Hi, Yes I will be claying first. My friend did his dad's brand new Audi and said that he removed loads of small metal filings with the clay! I have booked the whole of Saturday to do it, I will let you know how I get on.... Polished Bliss swear by the acylic kit on White or light metallic cars. Tim...

Re: Saw my car for the first time today!

Hi Tim

I pick mine up on 1 April and it's also going to get the full Werkstat Acrylic treatment. I'd be interested to hear what you think of it as it gets great reviews elsewhere but not much mention on here.

Are you claying first?

Re: Daylight Running Lights - Post Week 45 Cars

Sounds like progress. When I get my Roc (currently being built BW9) I'd like to put the light switch into A(utomatic) and have my side lights as DRLs, so that in the daytime only the front side lights are on. When it gets dark my headlights, rear lights and instrument lights to turn on automatically...
