At first I couldnt turn my DRL's off by using indicator method.Eventually got a genuine VCDS (vag.com) lead and software and turned off DRL's
Since turning off DRL's by VAG.com I am now able to activate DRL's on and off any time by using the indicator method. Very strange but true....
This is a week 46/47 build GT140 TDI.
I have done a few other mods Via VAG.com :-
Alarm chirp
Cornering Lights via Fogs
RNS 510 colour scheme change, enabled multifunction steering wheel controls and SatNav in MFD.
I can make side lights DRl's but I cant seem to get auto lights to work -may need to recode.
I cannot enable 2 Rear Fogs yet and I can't for the life of me get any mirror down function when in reverse..tried and tried.- (nothing on convenience menu)

So to recap DRL's can be turned off and on via VAG.com and once that is performed indicator method is posssible.

Sounds like progress.

When I get my Roc (currently being built BW9) I'd like to put the light switch into A(utomatic) and have my side lights as DRLs, so that in the daytime only the front side lights are on. When it gets dark my headlights, rear lights and instrument lights to turn on automatically.

Is this possible, and if so how?
