Hi all, Although not done much posting I have been reading loads especially when we (my wife) got her Scirrocco GT 2.0 TSI DSG back in May 09. Sadly the lease is finished on the card and her employer say we have to change :( I love that car ! practicality has sadly set in and she would like a 5 door...

Halfords silicone spray. As reccomended by someone on here I bought a tin of silicone spray for about £4 or so from halfords and sprayed up and into the tops of the widow framse, wiping away excess, the main rubber seal on B pillar and along and in bottom of window and small vertical channel by side...

Sadly since is lease car no negotioations so no option for arranging a full fuel tank.... will elt yo know how many drops are left in when i get it....! Mines is a lease too. It arrived with exactly half a tank of fuel in it. well lets hope that we get at least the same! only 18 hours to go! Grrr! ...

Hi, just about to get delivered on Friday.. Only 3 sleeps to go! how full was the tank when you got it as AFAIK the delivery price does not include a full tank?

Just spoke to dealer today. Ordered 12 Feb. Estimated buildweek 17. is now built and has been checked in Germany (arrived 8th April). is awaiting a ship to Grimbsby. Dealer expects delivery to them in approx 2 weeks. Cant wait! so hoping month or less to getting hands on it! so now just got to not ...

Does the standard head unit play wma (windows media audio) files from CD of SD card? I presume it plays mp3 but wondered about wma???
I'm just loading up a 8GB SD card ready for 2 weeks time...!

Boot opening with the key fob..! thats great I'm happy with that as just as easy to press button when get out of car if forgot to press when got out or when coming to car can press it and goto boot and then unlock rest of car to get in.
