Never heard of it myself, it's probably a setting in vagcom that could change it!

Mine is on a rocker switch as standard, I leave mine on 1 most of the time, mind you they take ages to heat up not like my previous BMW which was brilliant to heat up.

I think the heated seats in my Roc are good but takes too long to heat up in my opinion.

I spoke to VW in Nuneaton today, early next year there will be a new lead for the mdi for the iPhone 5 5s, said it'll be about £45 ish ?

I have tried 2 devices on my mdi, I also have an iPhone 5s, I can Bluetooth music through but no track is, I cannot plug into my phone for a cable connection, soo annoying, has anyone managed to sort this yet ?

I argued the case with the garage, what have you got to loose ?

I had this issue when u purchased my Roc, I questioned the garage because they said my car had cruise in the advert which it didn't, I had money back from them towards Bluetooth & cruise, monies I received covered the cost of both factory fit products so happy days. If its in the advert question...

Mine does this sometimes, my issue is the headlight bulb holder doesn't always make a good connection !

£300 seems a bit steep, the cruise stalk that I purchased was only £60 from VW & I fitted it myself & coded it, £240 to fit for 1hrs work ?
