Painting wheels

I have the original silver 18 inch original interlagos still on. Just wondered if anybody has painted theirs in black - how did it work out / how do they look?

If anyone can recommend anybody or any place in Dorset where I can get a couple of them refurbed and then painted please let me know.

:)

Re: Keep or let go?

It would make sense. I'm guessing Autotrader & here are my best bets. Was thinking maybe swap with a TTS or RS. Maybe an older plate or I could pay additional cash, depending what it is. Hmm.

Keep or let go?

Hello guys, I need your advice. I had my Scirocco since July 2011 and loved every minute in it since, but now fancy a change, something with a little more power. Do you recommend I sell it and buy something afterwards? If so, can you recommend where's the best place to do that? It's a fully specced ...

They're Iulian's v3 sidelights and cost me £205. Not exactly cheap but worth it!

Re: 1.4 160ps 2011 - anyone had issues?

I've got this engine along with a man gearbox, brand new car (11 plate) and done around 2200 miles so far, and can honestly say never had any misfiring issues, nor any problems at all for that matter.

I get it in mine too. Nothing to worry about as it's just a warning / reminder to lock the car safely. Find more info here.

Ollie I just drove past your car today. Saw it, reversed, got out the car and had a quick cheeky look, then drove on. PS the road by your house is very bad!

What a random spot haha.

Re: RNS 510 different versions.

Thanks for the detailed reply! This is an LCD version with a star button made on July 2011, map 7.1, HW-Version is HO4 and SW-Version is 3810 so it looks like it has a beta version on it!

I also found an F version but oh boy, is that thing expensive!!

RNS 510 different versions.

I was looking at purchasing the RNS 510 unit but on eBay whilst everyone claims they have the latest versions, all the units code differ. Hence wondering what is the latest version? Some say it's C with the LCD and star button, some say it's B, and others claim it's F (going backwards)?!

Re: What would you do?

Providing the kerb is not exceedingly high I would get out the way, but if there's a possibility I'll end up scratching the bumper then I can honestly say it's not looking very likely I'll mount it. I can perfectly understand your point metaljay, and believe me I'll do everything I can do get out th...

Yeah I bought some Dodo Juice to detail mine as well before next Saturday :D. Mods are coming along alright. Just want time to hurry up now.
