drive a cooper s & experience what REAL brakes are like,+ steering, gearchange etc, i couldnt believe how inept the roc was after getting into my new cooper s. what a sharp agile solid drivers car the cooper s is.

how can any of you be shocked at this,have you all not seen what they have done recently with the passat,jetta,tiguan etc,vw are slowly going down the ugly as s--t road, sorry to say people,but the roc beginning to age v badly from rear end also, i hate to think what imminent facelift will be like.

finally decided to get rid of my scirocco,not very impressed with car overall,i truly find them v v overated, and far far too many niggling faults,rattles,creaks etc,not to mention breakdown last new year eve. dealers are arrogant,expensive&an absolute waste of time, as for vw ireland..dont even...

i wonder which one of them is responsible for installing all the rattles,squeaks,creaks&groans in the cars?? probably the tirest looking of them all seein he or she is busiest of them all?

gorgeous grown up colour,absolutely suits the roc to a tee,would be brilliant with truffle leather,more serious colours please vw? much much nicer & totally differant to berillium. enjoy your beautiful 'rich looking car'!

i couldnt agree more with u mark,crap dealers here in ireland also,same trouble here with things not been sorted,replaced wipers for me,worse than ever,boot rattle still there,driver door window now making noises,i'm actually thinking of selling out,fed up with it,but prices being offered over here ...

thats why it was hidden at the back of the showroom with no lights on!!! to think some tw*t spent valuable time&money doing that.AAAAAAAAAAGH.

congrats,you have one v v v tasty roc r there george . most definately the best colour for the r,it just seems to strikingly but subtley show up all the finer details,particularly at the rear,where some colours just dont tie in with the exhaust pipes treatment, enjoy it.

thanx gavmac89, blemish is small at mo but will be keepin very close eye on it, would be very noticeable/ugly if it spreads.will keep you posted on progress.

hi all, post winter wash on sunday last [the Roc,not me!!!], noticed a blemish on driver side rear wheel, about 1cm diameter,under the lacquer coating. its not at rim edge. anyone out there got this also? are wheels covered by warranty for the likes of this?

try new peugeot RCZ diesel when its out in april...hatchback design convenience there also?
