Re: Headlamp Washers
If you turn your lights off before you pull the washer stalk, the headlight washers don't spray-might be a temporary fix for you!?

Re: Unidentified object found during service?!
You could ask the guy at VW parts counter to try the number in the system and see what he finds? Surly they should know what it is. If its got part numbers they should of checked their self. They actually tried this, and they said they couldn't find a match? :? They literally had all the guys looki...

Re: Unidentified object found during service?!
Thanks for replying! That was my first guess as well, some sort of filter. Housed within the mesh are lots of crystals/beads- kind of like silica, for removing moisture. But can't see why that would be in the coolant tank? The numbers/letters on it are 4EQTZTT76 And another alphanumeric word that ha...

Unidentified object found during service?!
Hi guys Just got back from having the Roc R serviced at VW sheffield dealership (2nd service, 20,000 miles) today. The mechanics have found an unknown item/part in the coolant tank- and have removed it as they said it should not have been there. They asked me if I had modified any part of the vehicl...

Re: My first ever car
Wow! What a first car!
A little bit jealous that you don't have to suffer the ballache of driving a 1litre or a 1.Poo
As comments above, take it easy, enjoy the car and be safe!
Ps-where did u get your keyring from??

Thanks for the quick reply. Will it go away over time then, or is this just a bad design?Cuprabob wrote:Condensation in the headlights is normal

Condensation in headlights?
Hi guys, have had my new CW R for 54 hours so far and am loving it.
I've noticed that the front lights always seem to have a small patch of condensation in the inside of the glass, which rarely dries up. Is this normal? Will it settle down, or does it need to go back to the dealers?
Thanks, Simon
