Re: What engine would you have?
I had the same dilemma and went for the 2.0TSi (only picked it up on Saturday, yet to stop grinning). Also 30 and not ready to compromise that much just yet. Diesels just can't match the fun and noise of a petrol. I haven't done massive miles in it yet but I felt it was more that it pulled harder th...

Re: Insurance
Just did my insurance through VW. £730 for full business use on a 2.0TSi with only £100 excess. Didn't expect it, only rang to get my free 7 days insurance and thought I may as well get a quote while I was on the phone. Swift cover looked good until I actually starting adding in the things I would n...

Re: MP4s on USB stick
Thanks all. I converted mine from cds rather than downloading from itunes so just started doing it again to mp3. The sat nav has a 30gb hard drive so I'll load it all on to that I guess eventually, just wanted to make sure I have plenty to listen to on my journey home

MP4s on USB stick
I'm picking my car up this weekend and want to make sure I have plenty of tunes for the 5 hour drive back. Most of my music is in MP4 format from using iTunes to convert although I don't have a working iPod at the moment. If I load the MP4s into a USB stick will they play? I have a RNS510 if that ma...

Re: Looking for my first Scirocco
Thanks for the replies guys.
I'm pretty set on one I've seen from a dealer so providing it's all as advertised then I should be a lot poorer by Monday

Looking for my first Scirocco
Hi all, new to this forum. I have recently parted with my Corrado and aiming to pick up a new (to me) Scirocco in the next few weeks. I'm going for the 200bhp 2.0 TSi GT, probably on a 58 plate with full heated leather and rear parking sensors, and hopefully a sat nav. I've got a couple lined up to ...
