Got back from the dealer today and I ahve an A4 printout stating that the manual is wrong for my model of car and my car will not support anything more than 2GB without replacing the unit. So WTF? If my manual states it (as RNS510) and I have the RNS510 and there are no "this model and that model" differences. Surely I have some grounds for being misled. Also what is also this about other people having theirs work with different firmware.

I'm totally confused with this. I really am. But I guess I'm stuck with 2GB SD cards. Well, there's still the HDD I guess.

Rather than start a separate post I thought I would tag on here....I obtained a copy of v7 (or what seems to be v7) of the NAV software, however how do you know for certain it is v7? how long does it take to update once you put the DVD in the drive? What happens if you turn the car off, I don't want to sit in the cold and wait for it to finish.
