Hey Loxstokk - you've not got one of those cars made up from bits from 3 different cars have you
I saw that Sumatra in Gilbert Lawsons as mentioned above. I'd read about Sumatra having a bronze / copper colour in bright sun and that sounds really interesting, but when I saw it in the showroom it was a grey Manc day and it just looked like another dark grey motor.

Oh if only they did a red leather interior the choice would be clear!!
i had the same debate bluestreak & went for sumatra in the end. have a look though the gallery (link in top right) as the pics in there are very helpful.
as for the red leather interior, go for heated seats & fabric now & then get a custom retrim afterwards!! will most likely work out cheaper!
Options: My scirocco became available after lots of searching and I jumped at the chance to get it as we were told about a 16 week waiting list (in the UK) otherwise, therefore I chose no particular options myself, but I didn't need to! I got mine delivered in 4 weeks.
The 'look at me' White appears to be the most popular from the ouset since most publications feature the candy white, it does look super impressive & yes I cant help but go 'wow', i did initially want the white and i find this is true of a few ppl on this site.
I saw and fell in love with a deep black one in car park but there were none around. Only went for a test drive in a rising blue one because it was the engine i wanted and wanted to see the sat nav. Ended up buying it. I do regret it a bit as there were cheaper ones down south. I wanted one with Dynaudio too. At the time i was having bother selling my own car and thought what the heck! It was kind of an impulse buy and i never slept well that night. I do love the car though and try not to think of what i have lost moneywise
I originally ordered shadow blue, but then saw one drive past and thought the same, it looks very dull and quite non descript, which to be honest if your buying a Scirocco aint what your going for or you'd get a golf!, unless on a lovely sunny day, which we get few of. So i changed to rising blue, and now i've seen it in the flesh, im 100% its the right colour for me, looks awesome.
I ordered Pewter Grey. But having look at some members pics I've changed it to Sumatra, pity it will be an xmas delivery - won't look the best in the cold, grey light of our winter!

I drove one in sumatra and one in the viper green. I did briefly consider buying the deep black but found that it hid the Scirocco's lines too much for my liking. Finally got Rising Blue. I have seen it in the flesh and it looks great!
We ordered Shadow then changed to Sumatra.... brilliant colour, Classy and with a bit of interest. Shows more detail than black can look like a normal grey and comes alive in sunlight. Very nice

Nice analogy. I nearly ordered in Sumatra, however when I eventually got to see one in the flesh, it was a grey overcast day which made the colour look flat and dull. Such a shame because it is transformed in bright sunlight looking stunning with a coppery tinge. Very nice.
I booked a Pewter Grey (Berrylium Grey in Singapore) recently but after having seen the many pics in Sumatra. I am convinced and changed to Sumatra (Dark Maroon in Singapore). Its a very unique colour I must say
