Strange.

I have rust on the tailgate rip on the inside. I don't know why it's on there, maybe it's due to it being parked outside? I have noticed that the tailgate will sometimes contain water after I washed it, like when I open up the boot I can see that it still drips water on the taillights (after a wash)
