You can turn off cold/warm light diagnose in the menu below with vag can pro for each light output seperately.
But that is only possible when module 09 byte 18 is set to 00 custom eeprom.
If have changed the bcm to 5k0 937 987 AB from facelift model.
What fault code do you get exactly?

in my onboard computer I get the problem Check rear right side light, I had read on the forum that you should turn off the cold warm diagnostic, only this can not find the programmer. is a 2010 scirocco (August) maybe I should change the bcm. I will forward your message, maybe he knows more

Hi, it's called the pq35 bcm program function in vag can pro.
Always save the present light settings before changing it so you can always reverse back.
If your bcm doesn't allow it then i would take the step of changing it.

Hi roy, the man who has programmed it is essentially playing around with what you had given as advice, but he can’t figure out How to do it ... unfortunately. is there a possibility that you can look at it once? I also come from the Netherlands, of course for payment! Greetings Tom

GOT LOWERED
Bought:
Eibach Sportline springs
Michelin PilotSport 4 new set of tyres
I can't be more satisfied with the outcome! Dropped just perfect for the springs and didn't loose anything on ride comfort.
I forget I am in a lowered car with this springs... Tyres are awesome too, handling significantly improved, feels like a Gokart now.
Stay tuned for more updates on facelift soon!

Looks great! The rear would need a more aggressive diffuser ;)

    2x 3D0941329D - AFS slave modules 180€
2x 8K0941597E - Xenon ballasts 56€ *got them from ebay
2x 4G0907697G - LED DRL modules 90€ *from golf mk7; also working ending letters: J/F
    2x Osram D3S - xenon bulbs 100€
5M0907357F - AFS module *only F letter works, I got it in Golf 6 AFS retrofit kit
    1K0941273L - Rear level sensor 30€ *ebay
5K0937087AB - BCM module 90€ *it was for keyless car so didn't work
VW Golf 6 AFS retrofit kit with 14pin adapters 190€ *bought from carsystems.pl

Before you do anything, remove your battery.
1) I removed the front bumper, removed the battery, halogen headlights and exposed all required wires from corrugated pipes. Removed plastic shield around wipers to make some way for new wires going to right headlight.

Image

2) I removed pins from 10pin halogen connector and disassembled 14pin adapters. Then I started putting pins into 14pin connector and made connections for new wires.
Facelift BiXenon 14pin connector pinout:
Pin 01 Can-hi
Pin 02 Can-low
Pin 04 12V for dynamic/static cornering lights (left side from fuse 5 and right side fuse 6 both 10A)
Pin 05 Ground
Pin 06 Dipped beam
Pin 07 Ground
Pin 08 Little square led light
Pin 10 Parking light
Pin 11 Shutter
Pin 12 DRL 12V

Prefacelift halogen 10pin connector pinout:
Pin 01 Headlight range motor 12V+
Pin 02 Headlight range motor Signal
Pin 03 Headlight range motor Ground
Pin 05 GND
Pin 06 Dipped beam
Pin 08 Main beam *you can use this for shutters so it can be put into Pin 11

10pin to 14pin conversion:
Pin 05 - Pin 05 & Pin 07
Pin 06 - Pin 06
Parking light from preFL bumper - Pin 08 *can be connected to Pin 10 & Pin 12 but dimming won't work like on mine

New wires to 14pin connector:
Pin 01 Can Hi - going to AFS module
Pin 02 Can Low - going to AFS module
Pin 04 AFS power - going to inner fuse box, fuse positions 5 & 6 (one per headlight)
Pin 12 DRL power - going to black BCM connector A7 & A8

Image

3) penetrated trough the firewall into above the BCM area with 8 new wires
4) connected DRL wires to BCM, found place behind the bonnet lever for AFS module and connected Can connections from headlights to it...
5) connected AFS slave module power to fuse box 5 & 6 places *also possible: connect AFS power wires together and place into one fuse place and use one 10A fuse (one headlight AFS droughts 5Amps of power)
6) connected AFS module power to one AFS slave power, black wire connected anywhere to ground
7) disassembled drivers side skirt channel, rear door panel, rear plastics and roof plastic near the boot lid, boot lid disassembled *I did this to be able to pull the wire from bonnet emblem switch

Image
Image

8.) wheel removed, wheel arch liner removed, prepared leveling sensor for installation
9) leveling sensor installed, connected, wires tied to ABS wire, penetrated inside the car and pulled the wire to AFS - I used OEM VW corrugated pipe, bolts, nuts and washers - my OCD

10) pulled the wire from emblem boot switch, cloth taped everything and zip tied to original wiring
11) car reassembled, lowered from the stands
12) 3 wires from leveling sensor connected to the AFS (green, pink and blue), one wire from emblem switch connected to BCM A13, the other one to the ground
13) everything assembled back on and drove to the professional retrofitting guy to code front & rear lights
