SCIROCCO 2011 Facelift done
Hello!
My name is Leo and I'm from Croatia. I'm a proud owner of this Sport Edition Scirocco for 4 moths now and this is my first car. So the specs are: 2011year, 1.4 twincharged petrol engine 160hp with manual gearbox and R-line exterior. It has the full black interior including black roof fabric and a panoramic sunroof, special blue and gray striped seats, RCD510 display and so on. The wheels are 18" Chicago Individual with Pirelli Cinturato p7 tires. For now I must say that I am very much satisfied with this car. Sorry for bad pictures and a dirty car in advance will change pictures over time.
If you have some mod ideas they are always welcome!

Thank you! I was thinking of Eibach Sportline springs but they will have to wait as I'm sorting things out to order the front R bumper from xenonz.uk. Does someone know how can I smooth the headlight washer holes as I don't have any washers.

Re: SCIROCCO EDITION 1.4 Facelift in progress CROATIA
FINALLY FINALLY
After a bunch of harassment with bodyshop, I finally got the parts fitted! So amazed with the new look of my car.
I am a bit sad that I couldn't find an R line rear FL bumper but it is what it is, I am very happy!
The things that were done:
1. New radio was installed, bluetooth and Mirrorlink working. Pics before and after:
2. Old bumpers, taillights and bootlid were removed... Front parts required for facelift were replaced and foam filler cut.
3. Facelift bootlid, front and rear bumper were painted in Candy White color to match my car. Rear diffuser was painted gloss black, as well as side mirrors. Bootlid got debadged and Inox exhaust tips are on
Outcome:

Re: SCIROCCO EDITION 1.4 Facelift in progress CROATIA
Great progress!
All you need now is some facelift xenons, lowered ride height and some spacers for the wheels and it will look epic

Hey Roy!Roy_01 wrote:Wow very nice job! What did the rear end concersion cost?
Thank you, saw your amazing lane assist retrofit on yt and thanks for front bumper instructions
About the rear conversion, I bought boot lid, tails and bumper for 800eur in oryxwhite color in perfect shape from Germany and shipping ripped me off a bit. I changed side brackets only and bumper fits fine. Repair wires are bit of a problem, 12 are needed and 10eur is price for each. Found them on ebay for less. Now I am trying to make rear emblem boot opening to work.
Massive thanks to @rocky_rullez about that.

Re: SCIROCCO EDITION 1.4 Facelift in progress CROATIA
Thank you! Ybby helped me with it. It was not that hard after all with his instructions.
But very happy with the lane and high beam assist and drowsiness defection.
Maybe im going to install side assist also but first new brakes $$$.
800 euro that is very cheap for all that parts! But shipping is expensive with that size/weights something you underestimate easily. Yes the repair wires are sometimes very expensive. I think it depends on how much they are selled. Then buying the pin terminals and wire seperately is a very big difference.
Ok good luck if you need a wiring scheme i can sent it to you.
I only have the front facelift but the rear is also very beautifull!

Re: SCIROCCO EDITION 1.4 Facelift in progress CROATIA
Seems like E165 is the new rear lid switch.
It has a 2 pin connector.
Pin 1 connected to ground.
Pin 2 connected to T52a/13 of the BCM.
So first thing to check if you have a pin on this position on your bcm.

I depends on the size of the terminal. You have to take a look when you remove the connector.LeoMarion wrote:Thank you Roy, can you tell me what repair wire do I need for connector for bcm?
BCM rep. wire 000 979 009E is for the smallest pins
BCM rep. wire 000 979 025E is for the seconds smallest pins

What do you need, the electrical drawings?
I haven't done the rear conversion myself only the front.
