Praise where its due..
Just wanted to give some well earned praise to a particular dealer, especially as its very easy to have a bad opinion created quickly by a poor one. I have had a few Issues that have lingered for a while with my 'Roc (I picked the car up 31st November) and yes it has taken till now to resolve, however due to the fact that i have been working 200+ miles away its not been easy to get us both available (with a courtesy car etc..) at the same time. The dealer is Trust VW in Stourbridge, and had a brand new Mk6 Golf TSi DSG for me to scoot around in for 2 days. They fixed my Radio issue (two rear windows needed to replace the fillaments for the aerial) They have replaced both wiper arms and blades due to them smearing, (They already replaced the blades on a seperate visit) and replaced my fog light that was smashed recently for free. The car was valleted, washed and ready to go this morning. im sure they arent perfect, (who is..) however, its great to know that when things DO go wrong, that they will do everything they can do to to rectify a bad situation. Well done guys.

I will second this, I dropped mine in at Trust Stourbridge to check the VAGCOM for service intervals [was saying service due at 1000miles!] and they did it while I waited, 20 mins!

The amount of stone chips on the Cornish roads at the moment will probably save you the effort !!BlackRoc wrote:Nope but I could do yours for free ha ha!
