Not a chance you'll get a 140 to over 200 with a remap, there is very little really you can do to diesels...
if you go down there route of DPF delete then we are talking stage 2...

I had a 140 before which was chipped to 168 with rolling road figures, it was PLENTY torquey and fun to drive!

I brought the car from a customer at my work. (Independent vw specialist) it already had updated turbo and injectors which he claimed were from the 170 but car wasn't running smooth. I uprated the intercooler, removed the dpf filter and cat, carbon induction and took it for map. I have had the car rolled at our vw race unit. (We build mk2 golfs for the gti championships) so as for not having a clue on the rollers. I'm sure they no what they are doing. I'm not on the forum to have people have little digs. I only commented on the post for people to see the potential of the 140's

Thats fine mate now you have explained the other upgrades to suggest your figures. It wasnt little digs just a missed point as you originaly said 140 to 216 with remap and as we now know its not just a remap.
