Hi guys
I spoke to a mate of mine about fitting h&r springs to the R. he asked if i would need to reset the acc through a computer if he disconnects it to for the springs.
So my question is. Once he disconnects acc cable to fit the springs will i need to reset it through a computer or does it need to be reset at all...

Re: do i need to reset the acc after disconnecting it
Iv never lowerd my car etc so I wouldn't know. But what I do know is that the whole time iv been on this forum iv never seen that qquestion asked. So I would assume u dont need to do anything. But thats just a guess. Im sure somebody with actual knowledge of doing this will be along soon to correct me.

No you don't need to reset the ACC. I changed the springs on my R for H&R's and more recently the KW DDC coilovers. Just had a full geometry check afterwards, no other issues!

As long as the ignition isn't switched on while it's disconnected.then it won't know and won't log any faults so no is the answer
