Mine seems solid, with the suspension working overtime, and wheels travelling up and down like a mad thing everything is serene and quiet on board. The roads aren't smooth (or clean) around here either. The suspension and tyres are really quiet, every thing seems solid and well damped and i can't say i've noticed anything that would suggest flex in the body.
Are you really talking about 'potholes' or just bumpy/undulating surafces, broken tarmac, ruts, bumps and such. Proper potholes will do real damage to any car, unless you want to drive around in a Bowler or a rally car, even then you''ll have wheel damage. I snapped the rear suspension on an S3 once, that was fun crawling home at 10mph, crabbing sideways

. if you're having to negotiate deep potholes (there's quite a few on my route too) they need to be avoided or crawled over like you would a speed bump, i know sometimes they catch you out though, on unfamiliar roads or when new ones appear.
If you're talking about crawling over potholes or deep ruts etc, then no my car has no noises that would suggest body flex when doing that.
