There is no question that the sound is not as good on low frequencies.
Wonder if the workshop changes motors from 160hp to 122hp as well without any warning.

Workshop fitted wrong RCD 510?!?!
Hi everybody, hope someone can help shed some light on this. Due to a small error in the LCD display of my RCD 510 with dynaudio system the whole player was refitted. I however got a player with grey buttons (on the screen) instead of the black I had before. Have attached 2 pics from the web to illu...

Re: Air con recharge
I had mine in for service for another issue. When I got it back they said they had also replaced fluid in AC because of an error message when connecting to the error log. It showed an error with AC.

Typical Faults of a Scirocco
Have had a couple of issues with my Roc and Scirocco Central has been of great help. Searching further I came over a German site whitch summarizes many common faults: http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=de&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.michaelneuhaus.de%2Fscirocco%2Fscirocco-proble...

Re: Squeaky brakes?
Had mine to the dealer 2 times with this. There is now apparently a fix for this according to the VW central technical department. My front brakes will be replaced. Wonder if the quality of the new brakes will be of better or worse quality? But as long as the squeaking stops, I'll be glad.

Re: Norwegian roc with 17" winter tires
the dynaudio speakers seem to need to break in a bit, mine were really harsh and spikey for the first few hours, but smoothed out and compressed a little after that and now it sounds really nice. I'll try to hear a difference when it has been playing for some hours. Rims are 17" Proline PL. On...

Norwegian roc with 17" winter tires
Was delivered on friday, and I've already got 300km in it. Marvellous car! Handling is sweet, but think it looks a bit tall. Would 1" lowering do it? GT w/18", Leather, adaptive xenons, Dynaudio w/RCD510, pearl black. Coming up(?) -> 1-2" lowering, subwoofer IMG_4518 (Large).jpg...

Re: Day Driving Lights
What's the problem with DRLs? I think the car looks "dead" without DRLs. If I see a car on the road without DRLs it doesn't look as cool as my Xenons for sure!
Anyways, they have been required by law in Norway since 70's or something.
