I'm afraid my fronts are also close to being changed. My R arrived with Bridgestones and now done 10k.

BTW - I do occasionaly switch ESP off which does mean the fronts spin up a bit

Mine gives a KM/H digital reading that cant be changed to MPH - I think because the analoge speedo is calibrated in MPH only so there must be some kind of EU directive to say cars must display both?

I got my R in March - dont know if there have been updates since?

Overall I am very very pleased with the R - excellent all rounder.

2 minor complaints which i need to get sorted - the airbag light has come on and the stitching on the drivers leather seat has come away - just in one place.

Apart from that absolutely perfect.

I am surprised - but I know what you're saying about the hardcore thing.

By the way what is the mileage and what do you mean about the build quality? Bearing in mind the issues with the elise / exige?

Good luck with the Exige - I bet it will be great on empty roads or track day.

I have had the Superchips remap on my R- as posted before. But mine hasn't been on a RR. As previously mentioned I am really, really pleased.

I have done some crude timed tests to check 'real world driving' and there is noticeable difference to in gear grunt.

I went for the electric seats purely for the lumbar support - worth every penny if you do alot of miles or get a bad back from time to time.

The remap and the VWR filter - are well worth the fork out!!

322 bhp is awesome - about the same as my old e46 M3!! And heaps more torque!!

I got £2k scrappage and got them to pay the extra VAT as my order was pre Dec and pick up on Thursday.

Having been down to have a look at the car - just so much better than I was expecting! The pictures just don't do it justice.

Had the call TODAY!

Mine is at the dealership now. Was BW9 - tracker being fitted and collecting next thursday - ready for the Easter hols -perfect!

Having a poke around tomorrow!!!
