I experienced the same problem with mine, such a scary moment especially if you're nearly out of fuel (luckily I wasn't), you just need to re-lubricate the locking mechanism, I used WD40 and sprayed it on then opened/closed a few times for the WD40 to get into the mechanism and lubricate it all and...

Great result on the dyno mate. Niki certainly does know his stuff :-) Good thing is if you spend another £500 you'll jump up to about 340!
