i spoke to a vw specialist in Notts, who said "There is a known issue with the tailgate adjustment and I have had noises from the front wishbone consul bushes before"
they've quoted about £200 as well so looks like i may have to fork out a bit for the pleasure!

Does anyone have any recommendations for aftermarket stereo/amp/sub Scirocco R installers in the Nottingham Area?

I've just bought a Kenwood DDX4025BT and am looking for a new amp and sub and someone to fit the lot..

Any advice appreciated!

Hi guys! Have had an odd 'knocking' sound coming from the rear driver side wheel arch of the car when breaking / driving slowly / over bumps etc.. It sounds like it's near the petrol tank but i'm not entirely sure..it's not there ALL the time but it's very frustrating and i'm not sure where to start...

yep official one.. it didn't even charge it actually.. i wonder if it's a fault with the VW - USB adapter..

It works ok with an iPhone 4 using the proprietary VW - 30 pin adapter.

I've tried a 30pinto lighting adapter as well as the official apple lightning cable but it doesn't recognise the input

It's an RCD 510 and it had a Fiscon bluetooth kit fitted to it aftermarket
