Can confirm that the Samsung Tocco works fully with the premium bluetooth.

When you unlock the car the windows automatically drops but is on a time delay so will pop up after a certain amount of time. Whn you close the door they shut automatically. Sounds more like there is not enough pressure in your front right tyre.
This would cause the car to drift slowely to the right.
Go to your local petrol garage and see if they're pumped up correctly!
