Hi All,
am looking at models the weekend..... not sure which to get.....
The problem is I do 20k + a year ....
At the mo I have a 1.8l old focus so the mpg I get from that is rubbish... prob the same as the 2l tsi GT
But am tempted by either the 1.4 (with 18" wheels) or TDi GT as it would save me £100+ a month on fuel
Which is better? if I go along this route.....
and as the 1.4 is not available in the GT version..... whats the difference apart from wheels/engine???? ie what should I upgrade?
cheers for any advice!

Re: What model for long distances?
Get the diesel!! GT!!! you'll find the difference in specs on roccopedia (top of page) and if economy is important i'd definitely go for the 2.0D.

Thanks
I wondered what the drive was like on the 1.4 compared to TDi?
does any one know any dealers in Uk offering good deals on new or demonstrators?
cheers JP
