Copying to the HDD - iPod in particular

Post by panhandle »

Hi all,

After trawling through the manual and sitting in my car for hours like a weirdo I still cannot seem to copy anything to the HDD, CDs or iPod alike.

Before I go completely spanner can anyone help where I'm going wrong...

Firstly, I do have a HDD as I can access the screen which tells me that I have 18GB space.
I can get to the screen which lists my "sources" the CD and the iPod - however I do not have a "function" button which then takes me to the copying menu. All it says next to each source is "play".

Please please somebody help me, it should be simple to plug in the iPod and then copy it all over fell swoop.

Arghh!!

Thanks

Wicked Trix - I did do a search honest.

All in all its a bit poo really, especially when the manual clearly states you can copy music from CDs and external devices eg iPods!

Off to get myself an SD card and reader - any pitfalls to avoid here (other than not buying an SDHC?)?

Thanks again.
