Coolant leaking

Coolant leaking
Went to the car this morning and noticed a wet patch under the car, checked the engine bay and the coolant was completely empty, put some coolant/water in and within 5 mins it had all leaked out again, weird thing is I put some more coolant in later on in the day... and it wasn't leaking, bit weird, Any suggestions?
