Cigarette lighter not working

I drive a: 1.4 TSI 122/125
In: Pure White
With a: Manual box
Options: Lowered 40mm; Cadiz 19 inch alloys; Smokers Pack + lighter; Sports Exhaust; Stage 1 with pop and crackle remap.

Cigarette lighter not working

Hi
I've recently fitted the Smokers Pack to my Scirocco but the lighter isn't working. Checked the connections and all OK - any ideas?
Need to get this fixed as keep forgetting my fag lighter! :(

By "connections are all Ok" You ment the wires are connected or you can measure voltage to it?
You should not smoke in such as nice car.

the wires are connected but no power to the lighter.
Yeah I know but kinda hard to when did in previous car.

Just double checking that you have the ignition on when you're checking it? Does the 12V socket in the boot work?

yes have the ignition on. will check the power to the boot socket

checked it and there is also no power to boot 12V socket.
