Help required

Scirocco 2.0 tdi dsg-Hard to explain the problem but it’s an intermittent fault. Happens mainly when accelerating harshly but also happens when I’m slowing getting up through the gears, it’s as if the car just slips in and out of gear for a few seconds causing the car to jolt back and forwards harshly however the car still is in gear .Also when I’m just cruising along at 40/50/60 for instance there’s sometimes just a sudden lose of power but revs stay on. Last thing and most annoying/dangerous is when coming to a stop almost approaching junctions, traffic etc or at a complete stop ready to go again. Sometimes the car just stalls so not ideal especially when you’ve already committed to pulling out infront of a vehicle. I’ve had the car in a vw specialist and there’s no codes or anything showing. All services are up to date. Looking on the internet for the problem is hard as it’s hard to explain but I’ve tried my best. What I’ve come up with is 3 possibilities from forums which are the mechatronic unit, clutch pack or possibly the dual mass flywheel. I’m hoping someone else out there has had this issue and knows the solution.
