Flashing Coil Light, EML With Codes Help.

I’ve got an intermittent issue with my 2.0 GT TDI CR140 Bluemotion. Sometimes on startup my car will stall with the coil light flashing. It doesn’t do all of the time - probably one in four starts and not always from cold.
I’m getting a generic 04096 code from Carista which suggests it the crankshaft position sensor but I’ve stalled the car twice (driving with my MTB shoes on) and where it would normally fire back up by pressing the clutch, it’s failed to start and thrown up 2 more codes. P0121 (throttle position sensor) and 50682 (EGR from Google search but also Throttle position sensor).
When I’ve turned the car off, all lights clear it always drives spot on when the engine is running with no noises or anything like that.

I’m personally convinced it’s non-mechanical and that there’s an electrical fault somewhere.

It’s also worth mentioning I had the battery replaced late October and at the time I thought I had a bad connection somewhere then as well.

Any ideas?
