Hi
the climate control on my 2012 scirocco 2.0 gt tsi will only blow cold air.
The Heater matrix has hot water on the inlet and warm on the outlet
The car is serviced every year on the dot and the coolant is clean and there are no leaks.
has anyone had this problem if so how can I fix it

Re: Climate control
Check the operation of the flap that mixes the hot and cold air. I suspect the servo motor has failed or the flap is stuck.

Re: Climate control
Thanks for the reply
the garage that I took the car to said that the flaps were working , but i would like to see for my self .
Could you tell me where to find the flap and will be possible to see it operate.
I think you could be right as it just stopped working. There is a small amount of heat coming the footwell vents,
Thanks again for your help

Re: Climate control
I have at long last got to the bottom of problem with my climate control there was sand like deposits in the coolant which blocked the heater matrix.
The coolant system was flushed several times to get out all the sand or what ever it was and the the heater matrix was replaced, and now I have nice hot air coming out the vents
This little problem cost me £300
I would like to thank the guys who helped.

Re: Climate control
I think that it in the engine water ways from manufacturer as it looks like sand from casting
there has never been any work done on the coolant system so must have been in the water grantees before
