Sciroccor/15 280ps K04 turbo cartridge loose HELP HELP!!!

Hi everybody whoever reads this/my post. I'm driving scirocco r 280ps DSG and it's upgraded to APR stage 2+ 370ps. After driving for about 18000km with a heavy foot my turbo finally started making some weird sound and after asking my friends they said it's the cartridge problem and to fix this problem I've to change the entire turbo borgwarners k04! Here it's insanely expensive. My car is fully tuned except original turbo because for APR stage 2+ didn't require turbo change but everything else for example high pressure fuel pump inter cooler APR full exhaust. Your most welcome to also ask for my car pics. So here can anybody help me find a original k04 turbo for scirocco r 2015? I'll pay for shipping and the turbo! Or might as well suggest another better cheaper way then changing entire turbo.

What country are you in?

It will more than likely be cheaper to have the turbo rebuilt than to replace the entire unit. But use a specialist who can actually balance it properly.

Strange it's gone so early on though, does the car get hammered from cold/not given time to cool down before being turned off frequently?

It's not that brother it's with APR stage 2+ mapping it gives a lot of power and besides I got a heavy foot! I've been looking around and only come across China made k04 turbos hell no that. Everything is beautifully done so can't afford to have something fake! I've thought of rebuilding it but we don't have anybody good expert enough to do that? Hong Kong / China.

Is there any way anybody can help me find a original turbo k04 which fits my car? Please let me know of the prices and shipping and which country from? I can go for APR stage 3 Gtx turbo but it's a lot of money and for Hong Kong usage stage 2+ is very enough! Besides they only got a single dealer and they're insanely expensive here. HELP HELP HELP! only looking for original k04 turbo for 2.0T TSI scirocco r 2015 280 ps!

These guys can rebuild/balance turbos in Honk Kong by all accounts.

A stage 2 map shouldn't have killed your turbo.

When it's replaced, ensure the OIL is up to temp before boosting... Not the water. When you've gave it a hard drive, drive gently for 5 minutes or let it idle for a while before shutting it off.

Change your oil more frequently as well.

The OEM turbos are quite robust so I wouldnt expect it to be at fault. who told you the turbo is dead? Can you get a video of the noise the turbo is making.

As for a rebuild, try TTE, im sure they have site in germany and sell worldwide.

Hi everybody who reads this I finally fixed my turbo by replacing the cartridge with a new 1 from KK3 from
Germany through eBay. It was original and cheap! It works fine now! Thank you everyone who try to offer some help!
