VMR710 wheel colour

Post by snapey »

Evening all,

I'm dropping my VMR710's off with A1 wheels in the morning and I'm still undecided on what colour to settle on, cutting it fine I know :scared:. Over the past two weeks, I've been swaying between black (various finishes), different shades of gunmetal, dark silver etc. Anyway, what colour do you guys think would suit the following car as I'm really struggling to nail down a final colour/finish.

The car in question:

Matte black:

Gloss black:

Matte dark gunmetal:

Jet anthracite:

And here's an overview to the range of (standard) colours that VMR offers:

Cheers guys, hopefully I'll have made my mind up by the morning....

IMO gunmetal is the best looking color for the rising blue.

I'm swaying towards Gunmetal at the minute, most likely gloss as I'm fairly sure that the matte finish will become a little tedious with time. But then again, I do like the jet anthracite....

I cant find ur thread on the forum mate. Wanted to have a look at your lowering range. What is ur R lowered on.

I love the jet anthracite as its slightly differently to the everyday everybody black . gunmetal or silver wheels. Also has a lil eggshell shine on it. Lovely!!!

It's in the showroom section somewhere, I think I updated it a couple of weeks ago. It's currently on KW DCC coilovers, but I can't remember the delta between stock, I'll have to dig out the invoice from AKS to find out.

At first I thought Gunmetal....but the more I look, I'm feeling the Jet Anthracite, tbh.

This is coming from the guy that spent 2 months flitting between 4 different paint colours for his Roc', though... :D
