DynAudio Speaker cracking

Post by MNM »

Hi

1 of my Speakers are cracking when it plays bass. It is the rear left speaker(not tweeter).
I have the Dynaudio speakers.

Has any1 experienced this?
And any1 replaced their speakers in the back? is it a big job?

Thanks.

I assume you mean crackling and not cracking.

Crackling is normally caused by a bad connection so you need to take the speaker out and have a look

No like everytime it has to play bass.. it distorts i think.
I dont like it at all... clarity goes away.
