Spare Wheel

Post by lugano »

Anybody got there space saver wheel replaced by a full size steel/alloy wheel, as i was thinking of doing it on my rocco. How much does a steel wheel cost? & can you buy 1 alloy wheel or are they always sold in sets?

warning, it will be too tall for the wheel well in the boot so your boot floor won't sit flat.
oh & yes of course you can just by 1 alloy

As above, you can buy one alloy however, from VW it will feel like you are buying a set as most genuine wheels cost between £400 and £700 each.

Obviously you can buy a set if replicas but you have to be carefil with the quality and you don't want to mix genuine and replicas on the car as they weigh different.
