Hi All,

I know this topic has been covered many times but i cant find the info i need. I am hoping that someone can help.....Please :nod:
I would like to retrofit the bluetooth kit in to my 08 Scirocco but can i find the part numbers for what i need...No!

I have a donor bluetooth unit (1Z0 035 729 B) and so require the VW part numbers for the parts below. I have tried my local dealer but they are useless (in fact they arent that good!) as they wont give me details for anything that isnt already on the car..
If anyone can help i would be very grateful.

The VW part numbers i need are for the following.
1. The cable kit to connect the unit to the rns510
2. The metal bracket so i can mount underneath the passenger seat
3. The polystyrene housing that covers the bluetooth unit
4. The microphone

Any help will be appreciated so thanks in advance.

Welcome gblue1 !

AFAIK, you will need the following for your 1Z0 035 729 B Bluetooth Interface:
8P0 035 503 E - Bluetooth Antenna
3B0 035 711 B - Microphone

The only part numbers I'm not sure about are the cable kit, metal bracket and the polystyrene foam - mine's mounted behind the dash, and I used a section of anti-slip mat to wrap my unit before lodging it behind the RNS unit... ;)

I would suggest you make contact with this eBay seller and ask him (search for the term "kabelsatz" from this link) - seems to have various ones listed - used him when I got my RNS retro-fitted and the BT unit I got from him is +1

Hi HarryB,
Sorry for the delay in my follow up post. Many thanks for the info, it was very usefull. I have managed to source everything but the fixing bracket and polystyrene. I am going to see if i can do what you suggest and mount it behind the dash.
