I'd heard the rumours but do you have any links to your source to confirm? Is is only the Scirocco or are prices going up on all VW models and/or have they stated by how much?
I'm sure it'll annoy some folks but perversely I'll actually be quite happy if prices rise because it means I've got an even better deal on the car (even though I haven't actually got it yet)!

VW are putting up prices across their entire range by upto 4%. On the Scirocco the increase is 3.92% 
and is effective from 25th Feb. Our dealer advises cars ordered before that date will be honoured at the old price so if anyone is still undecided now would seem a good time to take the plunge!
