I thought I had bought a black Scirocco. For some reason it seems to have changed to a white one overnight

Few inches up here in Manchester. Drove to train station after a bit of a gentle scraping of snow (car was completely covered!). Missed my train as I drove very sedately. Train to Leeds delayed by 10 minutes so not so bad. Don't think I am going to hang about too long though today, sounds like more is on the way and it's going to hit the north.

There's not a great deal of snow between York and Hull, two or three inches, but the roads are covered. The 235/45s that are so nice normally are a bit of a liability in these conditions... Wish I was at home, but that's nothing to do with the weather.

It's snowing hard here in Warks now.

Managed to get the roc back in the garage before the majority of it came down.

Staying at home til the thaw now :)

i did put it in comfort this morning but 30 mile commute was okish except for the final couple of miles and car park i disengaged the esp a few times, front spoiler will make a great snow plough,

it was reassuring that bmw owners had adapted their driving style and slowed down to 95 in the ouside lane (with slush), he was in a hurry to join the tail of a jam somwwhere

I dropped my roc into APS to be remapped and a few extra goodies and Ed has lent me their fully sorted edition 30 golf. Over 300BHP through the fronts in the snow was interesting to say the least, Should get the roc back by the end of the week and will post a full report in the MODS section.
Taken delivery : Silver, DSG, NAV, Black Leather, Park Sensors, Winter pack.

know what you mean, I have been in Ed's 300 plus BHP edition 30 all week, certainly got a thirst compared with the roc but SUCH fun. Cannot wait to get the roc back with a few extra ponies to play with and one or two other little extras.
