RNS Unit, confusion...

Post by yellowplum »

Can someone clarify - I am a little confused have looked around on other forums about updating the RNS Unit but something else caught my attention.

Someone stated that a new RNS 510 version was out for 2010 that has an LED Screen, then elsewhere I read that it is an LED BackLit screen.

Which is it?

Same thing mate. It's the way the LCD screens are lit. New models have LED back lights. Old ones are CCFL (little fluorescent tubes)

Thanks I thought it was but so many implied that they had moved to an LED screen - didn't think anyone would move to an LED screen as yet, cost constraints and all that.
