Please forgive my rudeness. I joint this forum just today and already I am liking it. The only problem is that I cannot log in "new queries" because of me just joining today. So please forgive me if this query just pops up in-between your discussions. Some help please. I am a South African and drive a 2010 2.0 TSI DSG (here it’s not badged as a GT). I ordered the car with the touch screen ICE but for some reason VW informed me (a week after delivery) that the BT in this car does not work – BUMMER. Any advice on how to get the BT operational??

did you specifically order bluetooth? it is not automatically fitted to the car

Could You say more precisely what was ordered, what was delivered, what function does not work?
