Hi all,
Last week, my 1.4TSI 160BHP Scirocco was at the tuner (the most respected VAG-tuner in the Netherlands) to get a remap. During a initial test-run, we found out that my engine is blowing off some pressure just before the turbo kicks in... The tuner did a custom map to prevent this from happening, but still it happened... We could hear the hiss (thanks to the dumpvalveadapter, which is not causing this unexpected blowoff by the way!), and it was also seen in vagcom.
It might be caused by the squeeky magnet-thingy which is not squeeking any more... but I just don't know!
Does anyone recognise this on his/her car?
note: ALL TSI's have a dumpvalve... so it's not the case that I installed a dumpvalve myself, which is causing trouble. Also it's not the adapter which is causing problems
1.4TSI dumping pressure just before turbo kicks in?

So you have a fault with your diverter valve then?

Same here, have the forge spacer too and when i pull up slowly after couple of seconds the wistle is there... But if i pull up quickly is is not there. I think it is normal??
