Front mats included in GT spec?

Do you get front mats as part of the GT spec, if so what are they like?

Steve don't think you do. They are an option for like £75 on the options list think these are the premium ones have no branding on them. If you go to the parts department you get some others that say Scirocco on them. Some one correct me if I am wrong?! Otherwise ebay

if you order mats from the factory they are the plain ones (premium mats), if you order them from parts afterwards they have scirocco written down the side (luxury mats)

Ahh thought as much, i noticed that someone else said about the GT coming with mats but only front ones.
Didnt think it was right, so thought id ask

Deffinately something i want to get in the car as soon as i get it, might order some aftermarket ones off ebay or something tho, £75 for some mats seems a bit OTT, although it would be nice to have "scirocco" written on them...

Same boat as you Steve - ordered car but didnt manage to push the deal to include mats.

Anyone know where you can get the decent VW mats cheaper? Or can verify that the ebay ones are actually decent?

there was a vw dealer selling them on ebay but sadly they are no cheaper last time i looked, private sellers occassionally come up on ebay & here so keep your eyes peeled

You can usually get dealers to throw the basic ones in when you pick it up.
