Media options anyone?

Post by FOXTEiN »

Hello everybody...
what an awesome forum this one is!
I have tried to use a Memory card with the RCD-510 in my Rocco but it is quite slow when it comes to loading the lists. what r actually my other options? (other than the ipod, ive just been robbed of one and not planning to pay for another any soon)
can i use USB flash memories with MP3z on? how quick would that be?
what other players can I connect to the media in port?
thank you very much indeed :)

Hi
Im using a seagate 250 Gb HDD from Tesco £38 and it works a treat  , I thinks its a bit quicker than my ipod too.

You just have to re-format it to FAT32 using some software downloaded from seagate's website called "DiscWizard",
This is because windows will not format a usb HDD to FAT32 bigger than 32GB :eyepop: ,
the software does it for you in minutes, then you can put all ur music on it :vibes:

Here's the link for the software
