want to order a Scirocco.... but unfortunatly need a towbar

Ive been looking at new cars for a while.... cant afford 2 cars... and there aint many nice cars you can get a detachable towbar fitted on!

was going to order a Scirocco the first week it came out but was told the towbars wernt available until tested.... now not sure if one will be available... and if so how soon....

cant anybody help?

mrsail we have not seen any factory fit towbars, the accessories brochure in mod section does not show them and nothing on their website either

Apart from VW items there must be aftermarket ones appearing soon?

These guys do a few for the VW range including golf mk5 and Touran...

May be worth giving them a call as scirocco may not be on their site yet, or they may at least know if one is due to be produced.

so defo not a caravan or anything like that...!

Ive been ringing up every few weeks a different dealership to see what they know.... so far all i know is that it has to go through testing to get approved as a new car nevertheless the chassie is the same as the golf which has been approved....

no one knows how long it will take or even if it is actually happening atall!... so bit annoying
