What does this do??

I keep seeing this control and can't work out what it's for. It's the round button with four dimples(?) at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock. These seats are manual rather than electric, so that's what's confusing me. I think I've only seen it on the leather seats - or is it on all?

thats the lumber adjustment, if you go electric seat option on the drivers you lose the handle for switches

So the lumbar adjustment is electric then? Is that standard or is it an option?

i know its standard when you order leather (audi charge you £200 for it)

having had a look at a pic you don't get it on the cloth
