Hoping somebody has some suggestions.
My 2010 Scirocco R (DSG) had the common inlet manifold swirl/runner flap problem.
Garage suggested a swirl flap delete, which was done. The ECU remap was also done to suit the swirl flap delete.
Since then the car sounds terrible at cold start and idles very rough.
Car runs rough for a few minutes until warmer, then it settles down.
Car is very jerky/lurching when setting off at low speed and feels like it's down on power at low revs. Generally just feels very lumpy and not at all how it should.
Garage has had the car back 3 times looking for the cause, which they cannot find. Checked for air/vacuum leaks etc. Nothing.
Also had another company check the remap and that the correct sensor (actuator?) was unplugged - all good.
Just going around in circles.
Anyone got any ideas what could cause this?
