Window regulator problem

I have just had a new window regulator on my passenger window and now it’s not dropping when you unlock or open the door or is the one touch window feature working either
Does anyone know what could be the issue here as I have tried to reset them with the up and down method and with the key to no joy?
Also when you use the key and hold the fob down the window goes down but passenger one don’t go back up?
Hope some one can help as I’m out of ideas now

I think the module needs to be coded due to it being frameless windows.

That will explain a lot the garage has an auto electrician coming in on Thursday to look into it.

All fixed now it needed coding which garage didn’t charge me for
