2015 Onwards GTS vs GT 2.0 TSI
Do both the GT and the GTS share the EA888 Gen 3 engine? If you can get the GT with 220ps what made the GTS different? The seats and the GTS badge?

Yes, the late GT/R-Line/GTS all use the EA888.3 engine (CUL engine code).
Difference with engine is ECU tune (nothing mechanical).
Exterior it's the stripes and badges.
Interior is seats/door card trim, from what I can gather.
So not a lot, really.
